Frequently Asked Questions
- The Fill it Forward App is available on the App Store and Google Play. Use the app to scan a Fill it Forward Tag every time you reuse.
- A QR code may be printed directly on the Cupanion product, or stick your Fill it Forward Tag on your reusable Bottle, Cup, or Bag.
- Download the free Fill it Forward app on your mobile device.
- Create a login & personalize your user account.
- Scan the QR code every time you reuse.
- Track your environmental impact and unlock donations to giving projects around the world.
- Press “SIGN UP” on the bottom left and then “SIGN UP WITH EMAIL.”
- Email: Please use your work email address.
- Nickname: Enter your first and last name.
- Password: Must contain 10 characters (including letters and numbers)
- If you do not sign up with a recognizable email or nickname, the app will automatically assign you a randomized name OR use your Apple ID.
- Once you have downloaded the app and created a login, open the mobile app and press the ‘scan’ button on the bottom center of your screen.
- When prompted, allow the app to use your camera.
- Once you scan your Tag, you will automatically be entered into your Custom Group.
- Each time you refill your bottle, open the app and scan your sticker.
- A minimum two cent donation will be made to the giving project featured.
- Track your Environmental Footprint (water consumption, waste diverted, emissions saved, and ocean pollution prevented).
- To access the Custom Group leaderboard, select “Groups” on the bottom right and then select your custom group.
