Celebrating PCMA’s 70th Anniversary with a Meaningful, Branded Giveaway

For three years running, Fill it Forward has partnered with PCMA to create meaningful, branded experiences at their flagship event, Convening Leaders. This year was especially notable: PCMA celebrated its 70th anniversary, marking seven decades of innovation, leadership, and impact in the events community.

To honor this milestone, PCMA wanted a giveaway that did more than just feature their logo—it needed to engage attendees and commemorate the milestone in a meaningful way.

Making of a Commemorative Reusable

PCMA chose a branded Cupanion Bottle, a reusable item that attendees could use throughout the event, keep as a one-of-a-kind memento, and make a positive environmental and social impact by scanning the Fill it Forward Tag after every reuse.  

The design was a collaborative process between our team and PCMA, ensuring that the final product captured the spirit of the event and the significance of the anniversary. Each bottle not only celebrated PCMA’s legacy but also offered attendees a practical, reusable item that promotes sustainability—something attendees can use and remember long after the event ends.
