Inovalon’s “Sip Sustainably” Challenge Turns Everyday Reuse Into a Company-Wide Sustainability Movement
At Inovalon, sustainability started with a simple idea: reducing the use of single-use cups in the workplace.
Looking for an engaging way to encourage more sustainable habits, the team partnered with Fill it Forward to launch the Sip Sustainably Challenge, inviting associates to swap disposable cups and bottles for reusable alternatives while tracking their impact through the Fill it Forward app.
What began as a simple effort to reduce waste quickly evolved into a company-wide sustainability movement that united associates across offices in the United States and India through friendly competition, measurable impact, and shared purpose.
