Refill, Recharge, Reconnect: BRANDITO’s Blueprint for Corporate Engagement

In the summer of 2024, BRANDITO took employee engagement to a new level with the Fill it Forward Summer Challenge—an initiative designed to unite employees across multiple locations while promoting wellness, collaboration, and corporate responsibility. By leveraging Fill it Forward’s innovative engagement technology and team-building activities, BRANDITO demonstrated that sustainability can be fun and impactful while seamlessly integrated into their corporate culture. 

The Challenge: Building Community Across Locations

With offices spread across different locations, BRANDITO wanted to find a way to maintain a strong sense of community and engagement among employees. The solution? A friendly yet meaningful competition that reinforced the company’s values of inclusion, excitement, and charitable giving. Every employee received a BRANDITO branded Fill it Forward Cupanion water bottle and was encouraged to download the Fill it Forward App to participate in the challenge.

BRANDITO introduced a water bottle decorating contest to kick off the challenge that inspired creativity and collaboration. Employees designed their bottles and participated in a social media campaign where the community voted on their favorite designs. The winning team earned extra points, boosting engagement and bringing an additional element of fun to the challenge. This use of cross-promotion and engagement highlights BRANDITO’s expertise when it comes to corporate SWAG and engagement.

“We wanted to find a unique way to keep our employees engaged during the dog days of summer while fostering connection across our three office locations, two in Virginia and one in Ohio. Fill it Forward immediately came to mind as a fun and impactful solution to boost engagement, stay hydrated during the hottest months of the year, and support meaningful causes.

To encourage collaboration, we split our company into three teams, mixing personnel from different offices. We then kicked off a 30-day challenge using the Fill it Forward app, featuring exciting SWAG drops, a social media challenge, and more!

  • Philanthropic Impact: Every refill wasn’t just a win for sustainability—it contributed to charitable projects worldwide, giving employees a deeper sense of purpose and impact.

Measurable Impact & Lasting Connections

The results were nothing short of inspiring:

  • 91.3% of participants felt a stronger sense of community through the challenge.
  • 78.3% of employees strongly agreed that the initiative helped them feel more connected to BRANDITO and its values.
