When we all work together, remarkable positive change becomes possible. ETHOS Event Collective is a purpose-driven event management company leading the industry by using business as a force for good. Over the last two years, ETHOS has used Fill it Forward at multiple events to drive engagement.
One of the most notable collaborations was at IMEX America. ETHOS partnered with Fill it Forward to gift branded reusable water bottles equipped with interactive technology, allowing attendees to track their environmental impact through the Fill it Forward app.
To tell a bigger story, ETHOS supported a custom giving project in support of charity: water. Every scan unlocked a donation, which helped support a School Water System in Bangladesh, bringing clean water to 650 people.

ETHOS’ approach to IMEX 2023 was holistic, encompassing business, community, and environmental benefits. Attendees walked away with an ETHOS-branded sustainable water bottle and a newfound sense of community and purpose.
Their program success was largely due to their well-rounded communication efforts with their community. They focused their efforts in all the right ways by creating buzz and excitement in advance on social channels, prominently featuring the bottle at their booth, and providing easy access to water with a custom refill station. The station was equipped with an interactive QR code displayed for all attendees to participate.
In 2023, ETHOS was honored with the Changemaker Award, recognizing them as Philanthropic Champions. This award recognizes those who go beyond borders and actively engage in philanthropy and collaborative projects. Their ongoing commitment to supporting charitable projects locally and globally showcases a deep sense of responsibility toward making a positive impact around the world.
